Mario TP7
Jongouk and I decided to mix our tutoring with conversation. Like usual, I corrected his homework and gave him some feedback. I think Jongouk has good ideas but he does not know how to express them. Every time I talk to him about his essay, I noticed that what I read is not what Jongouk is trying to say. His grammar mistakes make his essay a little bit hard to understand, so most of the time I ask him what he is trying to say by… [phrase] ... and then I made the necessary corrections. After I corrected his essay, we sat down with the conversation club and started talking to a Colombian student. I thought that talking would be helpful for Jongouk because he is very reserved. It was fun to talk to the Colombian lady and Jongouk. They both had interesting topics to talk about.
